A dip tube directs cold water to the heating element near the bottom of the tank to minimize the mixing of cold and hot water.
The stainless steel elements in the tank eliminate the need for anode rods, resist scale build up, and provide ultimate heat transfer capabilities. The low watt density of the elements reduce chances of element burn out, providing longer service life than conventional elements.
